Understanding Justice
With support from the Justice Facility, Timor Aid will be working with 130 youth from Oecusse to increase their understanding of justice and how Timor Leste’s justice system works. Beginning in April, the participants will be provided with workshop training, Q&A sessions with justice system representatives, visits to the District Court and the opportunity to participate in model trials. The project involves working with Youth Suco Council Representatives in Oecusse in recognition of their important youth leadership role.
