Tais feto asu aten (hakserak) (TE) Woman's tubeskirt

The 'futus' motifs on the borders of this tubeskirt are the 'baria fuan', bitter cucumber, motif and a row of humanised versions of the usual 'diman', spearhead, motif. This variation is called the 'diman boneca' and it is often found in the women's cloths of the Suai-Camenaca area. The supplementary weft, 'foit', techniques bordering the large resist dyed patterns contain the 'silu kesak' and 'lesu oan' motifs. This cloth was bought directly from the maker.
